Alicia’s Tea for No more colds and flu
2 x garlic cloves (chopped in half)
2 cm squared of ginger
1 chilly cut in half
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
5 sage leaves (optional)
1/2 lemon juiced
Add all these to a pot of boiling water and let boil for 5 mins, then let simmer for 5 minutes and drink. Just small sips at a time. And rest.
This tea contains ingredients needed to kill bacteria and viruses in the body which cause colds and flu. The flavour is potent and rich so little sips
are best. The chilli can be stimulating so it if you are having trouble sleeping, avoid the chilli or take the tea earlier in the day.
